Terms and Conditions of Sale
Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the conditions under which La Familiale Exploitation sells the FidelIT Pro solution, including a SaaS subscription and a dedicated hardware terminal.
Description of the offer
FidelIT Pro includes a monthly SaaS subscription and the sale of a dedicated hardware terminal. The terminal is inseparable from the service and is required for its proper operation.
Pricing
Prices are expressed exclusive of taxes. La Familiale Exploitation reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The prices applicable are those in effect at the time of the order.
Order and payment
Payment is made at the time of the order via the Stripe payment platform or any other payment method that may be offered in the future. The subscription is billed on a recurring monthly basis, without commitment, with a one-month tolerance period in the event of payment default.
Payment default
In the event of non-payment at the due date, access to the service may be automatically suspended from the first payment incident, without prior notice.
Duration and termination
The subscription is concluded on a monthly basis with automatic renewal. It may be terminated by the client at any time, without fees.
Refund policy
No refund will be granted after service activation. The hardware terminal is non-refundable, except in the case of statutory warranties or proven manufacturing defects not attributable to improper use by the client.
Liability
La Familiale Exploitation shall not be held liable for indirect damages, financial losses, loss of data or business interruptions resulting from the use of the service.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of La Familiale Exploitation.
